Automatic mode: The control unit analyzes driving style and the route in real time. The system adapts gear changes by choosing between different mappings to favor comfort (high gears and low revs) or maximize the performance of the 3.8-liter, 355 hp engine.
Manual mode: By moving the lever to “M” (or by directly operating the controls), the driver manages gears using the buttons on the steering wheel. The on-board electronics constantly monitor safety parameters: they intervene automatically only at critical revs to prevent overrevving during downshifts or stalling.
